Holiday post #4: Christmas in Melbourne

On Christmas Day we headed for The Point at Albert Park, a restaurant overlooking the lake. The view was great - the meal not quite so great.

I don't really feel like we celebrated Christmas - we went for meals every single day of the holiday so it was just like the other days. We did however do a secret santa. 

Then we headed for the beach!!

It was stupid hot!

Holiday post #3: Great Ocean Road

The Great Ocean Road. A beautiful stretch of road, with stunning views and beautiful beaches. 

We had two days on the road. 

They started like this. 

We got lost but saw these fellows in the wild...

We visited Port Fairy...

It was so windy during this sunset that I could barely stand up!

Our journey back along to the Great Ocean Road to Melbourne was rather better than the first trip!
